When working in a medium sized office setting, you tend to share links with your co-workers, and then forget to show your other friends. This is a demonstration of what a recent study claims we spend 25% of our office time doing (while maintaining or even increasing productivity). Our managers, on the other hand, would call them "distractions".

I don't understand the context of this video. Is it because the old guy claims the title "Master"?
Apologies, this version did not have the opening chi demonstration and the context for the fight. I posted another, more understandable, version.
Okay, now I get it.
Just goes to show how stupid it is to believe your own hype. Especially when you make the hype yourself.
