For the record, I have not Gilmore Girls and Lost.
What about Veronica Mars? Firefly?
Okay, but I'm gonna try to stick within the last 15 years, which is what most of your list does; these aren't necessarily my favorites, but ones that were really excellent; and I'm leaving out some of the most obvious, like Futurama which I know you already like, but some of the obvious are worth mentioning since they're not on your list.

Okay, that's like 45 minutes of me raking my brain and then trying to remember when they show was on the air.
Anyone else have stuff to add?
PS Some of those aren't on DVD and probably will never be. *sigh*
Johnny -- And that's why they're on the list. You should.
Heels -- Glad to see Veronica Mars on your short list.
DUDE! JOHN! You forgot Daria, Wonderfalls, and Pushing Daisies! How COULD YOU?
Whoa. I didn't intend for the list to be comprehensive, but Veronica Mars, Firefly (it died so tragically young), Pushing Daisies and Daria should be in the list. Thanks for the suggestions Ticknart.
When you title the post "My Favorite TV Shows" it should be pretty comprehensive. At least that's the way I think.
Here are the shows from your list that I've never seen:
The Sopranos
Twin Peaks
The Wire
I really wish I could do NetFlix.
Why can't you do Netflix?
My mail box is too small to fit a DVD, even if it didn't have any kind of envelope, and I don't want it sitting out on the stoop where my creepy neighbors can get at it.
Ticknart, I am lazy.
I always thought of you as thorough.
Huh. Live and learn.
Damn, babe. Look what you started!
